Great hotel and very friendly helpful staff. If you have your own car you can use the concierge to park your car at the parkade

Staff was efficient and invisible as they have very little interaction with guests. Taj clean and easily accesible due to the location

Hotel very clean and beautiful, a true 5star hotel. Staff very friendly and makes you feel in heaven. Best spa in South Africa, and one of the bestes in the world

Well firstly drove all the way out there in a taxi to visit a friend who had arrived same day and was told I couldn't visit as I didn't have my id. Totally blown away...they wouldn't even accept just my id number. I totally understand the security behind it. But please they can judge for themselves too. Anyway...otherwise nice hotel.
