We had a very poor service yesterday evening. Our waitress was aloof and was as if she was high. When asked to repeat the order she just walked away and messed with our sides orders.
Next, our meal had a complimentary coca cola. Firstly she didn't bother to serve it. When we asked her, she said we don't have coke!!! it will be here only tomorrow...what a joke.
Lastly the food from starters to the desserts did not have the punch or the flavour like the reviews claim to be. cannot rely reviews these days. Genuine??

Good food, not for the healthy seeking. Great atmosphere! Typical American diner.

Franky's is a fun place. They've done a great job recreating an American dinner. The food was good and the prices very reasonable. We had a great time and would definitely come again.

Potential gold mine, however, poor quality burger patties and ice cream left much to be desired. Milkshakes are terribly overpriced considering they are not made with good quality soft serve ice cream. Tips: make your own 100% pure beef patties and don't offer milkshakes if your soft serve machine is bust.

Food was very good. Atmosphere feels authentic. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is due to the fact that service could do with some improvement. All in all, not a bad experience
