4 weeks in and I have finally found the gym I enjoy the most! Definitely recommend Roark as they push you further than you would ever push yourself doing your own workout. I especially enjoy the fact that each session is different and that we work in groups which again pushes you. Can definitely feel the results already and looking forward to continuing with Roark.
