Lovely hotel situated in Sea point. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and has great water temperature and flow particularly given the water restrictions in the city. Spectacular view of Lion Head from hotel. Great selection of warm and cold options for breakfast.

Good place to have a chin wag with pals while having tea and snacks. Sitting outside is pleasant and you have a view. Good company makes it worthwhile

Nice place. Sadly had to wait for my room to be readied at like 4 in the afternoon which is a bit of a bummer. Nice rooms though staff was amazing. They charge extra for parking though which I was a bit surprised at. All in all not a bad place.

Phoned Friday morning to make a reservation for Sunday lunch - no answer. Phoned again later, asked to be put through to your The Islands Restaurant. Phone rang endlessly, then back to switch board. I informed her of booking and someone was going to phone me back.
Sunday at about 12h00 (did you get that) on my way to a different restaurant who cared to answer their phone, I was only contacted.
Then today, Monday, I get another 'no number' call phoning me to ask when I would like to make a reservation? Now WHY am I writing this long review? I noticed your ratings are going down and thought Management would wonder why?
Wow, just as I was about to post this, I received another call with an apology and an offer for a free meal. Apology accepted, well done! But no thank you, I am not one for free meals, just want good service.

Took a 2 bedroom apartment for my family.
We had a sea view room and they absolutely loved it.
The location is better than much bigger brand name hotels.. More peaceful as well and it has one of the nicest views.
Excellent value for money.. Will Def come back again!
