My experience with Dr Kalim and her practice was dissappointing. This is our 3rd baby and due to relocation, we had to find a new OBGYN for my wife. Our first appointment started 1hr30min late...yes, 1 hour and 30mins... the only reason it wasn't longer was due to the preceding patient leaving out of frustration. Our patience was not noticed or apologised for. Anyways, we figured it was a bad day. 2nd appointment. We arrived 5mins early as the first patients of the day (to reduce the chance of another wait) to no avail as we were served 55mins late. No patients before us, the Dr wasn't late (she was in her office the whole time). No apologies, nothing.
Another thing - they don't take any EFT payments.
She must be a good Dr has she has a good reputation with some - but the overall service of her practice was not a pleasant experience.
