This place offers zero customer service! I was not told when I did an eye test that I would need to take another one each and every year in order to get my contact lenses from them. I refused to pay another nearly R500 so went around the corner to a different Specsavers who told me that it is every 2 years that this is required. Obviously all they wanted was my money and not my loyalty ):
