I called their hotline to ask them if the Cape Town City branch was the one in Sea Point. They said yes, just select this one. I did my booking, and by the time to pick up the car, it turned out that they actually do not have a branch in Sea Point!! I called them immediately, asked them where is the Sea Point branch, and they just told me "the only branch in Cape Town is in the city centre". What?? I ended up renting somewhere else.
