Conclusion: Puccini is an Italian restaurant located in BTC center in the same building as the cinema Kolosej. The restaurant has a nice warm interior design and a pleasent terrace outside. Their food was fresh and there were traces of some flavors, but in conclusion their food was nothing special. They certainly don't give much on decorating their dishes, so some of them may look unappealing. In our opinion the biggest disappointment was their service. They had a very situated approach which was really annoying and unprofessional. When we tried to place an order they did not listen and they seemed distant and not interested at all. But the biggest surprise came when we asked for our check. You can't pay with the credit card!
