We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. Actually we loved it.
It is very new, modern, quiet and accommodates well both families with kids and business people. Rooms are super clean with very comfortable beds (the most comfortable hotel bed I experienced in a little while). The staff is very kind, professional and will go out of their way to help you out. Their service was impeccable.
Free breakfast is the real deal. Very good quality of deli, eggs, fruits, vegetables.
Free wifi is very reliable. The hotel has only about 20 rooms so its nice and cozy. Very quick check in and check out.
I will definitely stay here when I next return to Belgrade.
Location is ok. The hotel is in Banovo Brdo, about 9km from city centre and very close to Kosutnjak and Ada Ciganlija. If you are with children, this is a great part of the city, just a 15 minute ride from downtown. You can take kids to Ada or one of the many children friendly restaurants in nearby Kosutnjak (Trim, Ski Staza, Rudjer Boskovic, etc.). You can also go to Pozeska street which has shopping, parks, restaurants, etc.
The hotel is wheelchair accessible. Keep in mind that Banovo Brdo is quite hilly, though and the hotel is at the top of the hill.

You get a good service for your money. It's a clean and beautiful hotel, the breakfast is good. You can choose between bread with several ingredients on it, sweet or hearty, eggs and sausage, cereals,...
Sadly, it is not child-friendly. As long as your children aren't mute, you won't feel comfortable there. On top of that - If there are richer people than you are, you are treated less friendly. I payed the same money as other people. Yet, I had to wait for my bread for breakfast, eventhough I was sitting in the table for more than five minutes, obviously waiting. The waitress brought bread to other customers before they were even seated. Furthermore, the toilet flush didn't work in our room, and it hadn't been fixed during our stay.
The staff obviously hated their jobs and treated obviously rich people way more respectfully than us.
I felt treated as a second class person.
I won't revisit that place
