я не понял, это пятизведночный отель-ресторан или караоке бар? если первое - то понятно почему дрескод не прошел в спортивной куртке армани. если второе - то на этом мысль заканчивается. или дрескод зависит от дня недели? на буднях туда и в шлепках зайти можно. Вы определитесь со своим статусом

Generally OK, but there were no spirits at the time of our visit (happens from time to time here, due to some legal problems with land or building or something else, so they can't prolong they license). Food is good, but menu has pictures like in cheap fast-food and that low presentation doesn't reflect in price, which is more on a top side for Saint-Petersburg market (20-45$ per main dish, expect to pay at least 50$ per person total with a wine).

Great bar service. I didn't try any food but the drinks were mixed well and a nice variety.
