Tiny Museum about the historic tea trade from Asia to Irkutsk & Moscow situated upstairs from the Tourist Information Office. Some interesting historic artifacts. All of it in Russian though.
The nice lady there did her best to explain some of the things on display in very limited English.
A bit like the "Museum of City History that is the building across from the tourist office it's probably not worth a specific visit but if you're passing by or visiting the tourist office it's worth a quick look.
