The decoration is quite spectacular. It really makes you feel like you're in a submarine (if you've never been in one). They have the biggest rum bar in Romania (or so they say).
It is definitely worth visiting.

Awesome place, with great drinks and really nice people. It's a must go if you're visiting Cluj, or just live nearby.
