It was a nice visit at Sapphire Plaza Hotel on Sept 29, 2017. Thank you for upgrading our room from classic to junior suite even without request. Staff at the reception was so friendly and approachable.
Only one thing that was not satisfying was the a/c. We have requested and checked by the maintenance 15 minutes after check-in, but at dawn we walk up sweating all over. Hope maintenance should know exactly what was going on so guest wouldn't be bothered in the middle of their sleep.

We had breakfast here on a weekend and the food was average and not too many food selection I feel the price was too high for the kind of food they were serving althought the staff were very nice friendly and accomodating

Cozy, clean, I even liked their food... We just like it and it's a lovely place ro stay in.
