Booked and paid for room. Arrived and was told there was no room for us. Disgraceful. Guest names were all written down on sheets of paper, not hard to see why they screwed up

It's basic but in a good way . Concierge service was polite and helpful. Breakfast is basic but standard for the area. Coffee ,rolls,pastries, melon etc. Rooms were standard but kept spotlessly cleanand the towels were the softest I've ever had in a hotel.
Some rooms have fridges, some not .
A Kettle for tea and coffee would have been a plus. There was a safe in the room but no lock or key ...these were extra at €1 per day. ..why just no add to the standard charge ?
5 minutes walk from two Metro stations and two minutes from the local shopping centre.
I'd recommend for anyone on a budget.

Very simple hotel. Stayed here because everything else was booked. Is quite old fashioned
