The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the floor in the room was so noisy when you walk. The breakfast was poor and the poor was not able to swim, truly dirty!

Absolutely adorable. Perfect if you are arriving via ferry too. In a quiet part of town and yet a short walk to town. Beautiful buildings that interconnect and two private, elegant swimming pools. One sadness is that there is a vast hotel being build nearby. Not that this impacts on the Franka it's just a shame this idyllic spot will be dwarfed by this monstrousity.
