Not the cheapest gym but super nice, clean, has a cafe, wifi, nice pool, sauna, steam room, not crowded outside of peak hours

in 5 years of living in Portugal and being a member of several gyms before, without any doubt this customer experince was the worst i ever had and will have in the future: misleading communication, 0 compensation policy, pushy and disturbing sales strategy, bad inner communication and management. the great mixture of these inputs made me loose time and money. i wont consider in the future to use any of the portugese branches services, bc im not willing to support on any level a company like that. (just for the record: 0 star is impossible to give)

This is the best gym I've seen in Lisbon and Portugal so far. It's huge, beautiful, full of machines, the staff speaks English and there are a lot of activities. Oh, it is also the most expensive, if you were wondering.
