First day:
I had a cockroach in my bathroom, mold in the shower, hairs everywhere and dust in every corner! :o :/

After I talked to the Hotel Manager he took immediate action and informed the pest control the 2. day morning. During the day they switched my room and cleaned up everything possible. So after a very bad start it was a good stay in lisbon. The breakfast was ok and the new room also.
My only problem was the light in the rooms - it was dark, red and no chance to read a book, or really see anything in the room. In Germany we would call it "Puff-Beleuchtung" (whorehouse-lighting).

Very good place with an amazing location. The whole hotel is inspired in old movies, the furniture and all staff. The rooms are good and clean, with a good space to work with computer, the bathroom is very good and beautiful, only a couple of details like soap and Kleenex but it's ok. The service is very kind and available to do your life better. I will repeat this place

A hotel with a good location, nice views (exceptionally from the breakfast restaurant), but in need of repairs. Slippers are not included.

If you decide to visit Lisbon. DO NOT go to this hotel. The sheets are dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, the wall are so thin you can here the neighbors brushing their teeth (honest truth). The breakfast is really not good and the communication between the staff is obsolete. My sheets were dirty ( pee spots everywhere) and were changed after 7 hours and 2 requests made to the staff. There are better hotels in Lisbon than this one!!
