Staff are friendly and will help you with anything you want. The Metro station is very close. But the bad side is, for the price there are better hotels, the couple bedroom the beds are Hard, room appearance not to good, bathroom the same at least it has cold and hot water. Breakfast not too many options. The room could be exterior soundproof. But it's not a bad hotel, but for the price it could be better. It's 3 stars, and there's better hotels and they are 2 stars
