I ‘was’ wanting to visit this site except now I have seen the appalling response from the owner to a paying customer (review sent a month ago) I am left with the conclusion that this is a poorly managed site with the condescending owner only too happy to take your money and not offer the customer service you would expect from an ACSI accredited site. Poor show Mr Owner, 40 years in the business does not make you a good business man when customers leave you unhappy. It makes you a fool. Best review your business model as negative feedback travels fast. I am not visiting Alvor on account of your attitude.

I love this place because my mummy is there. They look after her and everybody else on site. Moleys Bar is great too 😃

Good campsite. Should introduce off season rate. Alvor is a good off season town to chill at.

This is one of the worst caravan site/park i have been on in the 5 years of touring Europe there does not seem to be any rules the staff just let you get on with it this is where the Long term British/Dutch SITE DWELLERS take over and start to run the place they doe exactly as they want to improve there pitches at the detriment of others we were unlucky enough to be there 3 weeks when 1 of the long term SITE DWELLERS decided to put decking around his plot and under his awning the construction site started at 0800 and lasted all day banging, knocking,drilling,sawing he them built a shed ,then ran his waist water over the end of his pitch onto the pitch below.Free wifi WHAT wifi?5 washing machines all out of order, total lack of consideration for fellow campers lots of noise late into the night had to call security on 2 occasions after midnight to ask for some quiet. I will NOT be visiting this site again and advice anybody else touring to avoid like the plague
