Fantastic rooms and breakfast. the location is quite nice as well, though there are no grounds to explore. quite central to the town of Zakopane. the spa is nice as well.

Cosy Hotel, Spa and good, well assorted breakfast. Rooms might be considered tiny but got nevertheless a good atmosphere. Personal at reception could be a little bit more friendly.

AVOID! Very poor customer service!! We booked a superior stay in this hotel and paid a premium price for which we would expect premium customer service. Unfortunately we were forced to change our plans when my grandmother passed away and despite notifying the hotel in advance, they refused to issue a refund and instead gave us the less-than helpful-option of rebooking. As we live abroad, it was impossible for us to get to the hotel in the time frame provided and when I called the hotel to attempt to re-book, I was told it was no longer possible as the funds had been processed. There was no attempt on behalf of the hotel to contact us to inform us that they were processing our funds and no attempt to help resolve what is a stressful situation. We are now £400 out of pocket and out of a holiday!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Beautiful hotel and service was amazing. Everyone is very nice. Hotel, Hotel Rooms and pool, sauna area very clean. Breakfast was very good too. Our son received a beautiful Sheep - however, he lost it when flying home. We are very sad as it was a truly cute fluffy sheep that my son traveled with around Poland. Will be back at this hotel in the future.

Amazing hotel, facilities and staff. Loved every second of our stay. They made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much, they will help you with everything.
