Popular. The building is unique and there's a lot of outdoor sitting. Few craft beer options, regular Warsaw prices. Don't know much about other things on the menu, but it seems like people mostly go there to drink.

Reasonable selection of craft ales - we came here because PKP Powisle across the road was right out of IPAs. This place is nicely situated under my favourite bridge in all of Poland.
