Comfy rooms outside long way outside Krakow Glowny. Public transport is limited but possible. The personnel was professional and helped me find my way back into the center of Krakow. I found the room quite untidy.

No elevator we needed to go up three floors to our room with luggages. the TV was from hundred years ago and didn't work old beds

The most horrible "hotel" you can ever imagine. Expensive, dirty, smelly place. The rooms are basically an extension of a left over hospital. Better to sleep on the railway station than stay here...

I only reserved this hotel because they had offered a parking. However, they did not inform that the parking is so small and limited.
When I arrived at the hotel, there was no place in the parking. The girl in the reception had given an assurance that I could park my car in the street, in front of the hotel because it was a safe place. However, they stole my wheels. Incredible.
I tried to talk with the manager about 4 times. He had never been there. They have always excuses and they did not call him. In the last time, they informed me that he would talk with me at 8 am in the reception. However, he did not appear and the reception did not give to me any support or helping.
The hotel is very far from the city center and the neighborhood is very dangerous.
The room is small and they did not clean them.
Other guests complained to me that they were stolen near the hotel.
DONT STAY IN THIS PLACE.
I will sue them for this inconvenient.
