Terrible Customer Service - car not ready at agreed arrival time, then a proof of billing just a few weeks old was complained about, finally a valid EU-style Swiss driving licence was refused as not officially/fully translated into English, so a totally wasted trip & lots of lost time. Foreigners go elsewhere...
