Dampa in Tarlac is the BEST seafood restaurant and eat-all you-can I've ever been into. The customer service is great, I believe this is because the people in provinces are way nicer than in cities. The food are fresh and is alive before it dies on the cooking process. The place is clean and neat, it may be crowded but still serves a lot of customers. Sulit!
