FCM as it is popularly known is a one-stop shop. It has lots of stores inside (branded clothing & tiangges) Mercury Drug, Wellcome supermarket, dental clinic, kiddie amusement center, LTO, SSS, bayad center, Bingo, cellphone repair shops, atm's & food stalls. You can really do a lot of things here.

Good meet-up place (so easy to find because it is the only mall in the place) and lots of choice of fastfood chain near.
