+Very neat and cozy hotel. Nice food selection and helpful staff.
- Charges P200.00 for early check-in. Seriously, I mean, most traveler only use the facility at night time, the room is left unused the whole day, why the early check in charge then? CR hooks very high and blanket very thin.

I planned on staying a couple days but decided to extend to a total of 3 days due to the quality of this hotel. It's located in a busy (and sometimes dangerous at night ) neighborhood. The hotel has security all night. Honestly, this place is very safe. I read reviews that people had a hard time locating it. All you have to do is point your head up and you'll notice it's the tallest building on the block. The staff are very courteous and understanding to needs. They provide clean towels, a new roll of TP, and amenities every morning. The food in the diner area is pretty decent too! For the price, they charge a flat rate every night but it's a little cheaper to book online through 3rd party.
I purchased a double size bed for just myself and it was perfect for my needs. You get a enclosed balcony and there is also rooftop patio access if you wish. The only thing I would suggest to this hotel is to repair the elevator. It's not dangerous but it is finicky and slow.

Location is very good,it's in the center of business district of pasay city. The hotel is good, hallway is clean although the room has a small space, comfort room is nice very clean, staff are courteous & helpfull to assist you. Several restaurant near the hotel like kfc, mcdonalds, jollibee, mang inasal, etc..you can find them near the victory mall just a walking distance from SB&F, Wet & dry market is also just a distance walk and also a lot of cold store nearby.
