The ambiance is old world, the food here is good, and the service is adequate. I had the arroz a la Cubano. It was delicious except for the fried bananas. The oil they were fried in was old. I couldn’t eat them because of the rancid taste.

Also, their red velvet cake is fake. It’s just yellow cake with a lot of red food coloring. In real red velvet, the combination of buttermilk and cocoa creates a deep red color and a light, fluffy texture. Their cake had good flavor but it was heavy and bright red.

Nice ambiance. Cool and chic cafe. French onion soup was delicious. My chair was wobbly. ChimerBEAR was here!!!

The ambience. The food. Coffee. Mixes. Friendly, professional staff. Since 1979. And if you find yourself needing a stroll before or even after a heavy dinner, enjoy the beautiful fountain of Remedios Circle.

A historic restaurant in the heart of Adriatico Malate. They serve Filipino Spanish dish. Interior design is very nice and has romantic feel as well. Parking is a challenge here.

Good food, classic setting (old Manila house coveted into a resto) warm. Good food and ambience. May be a bit limited for parking, but easier on weekends.
