Best place to workout every Saturday - try their Hollywood circuit workout, which has cardio, resistance and strength. Go on to their website for the free trial before coming in. :) OK showers as well and they have water and lockers. Bonus: The workouts can be seen on the TV so you can refer to it whenever you're lost.
