Upon learning the benefits of the anti-gravity yoga, I got interested and gave it a try. Last Saturday I had my first session, at first it was somewhat scary but as the session continue and learned how to do those unbelievable inversion yoga position, I managed to let go of my fears and braved myself to do it. And one of the things that I appreciate in beyond yoga is they pushing you to go beyond your limits
