Misleading pricing structure, small deluxe room but clean. A "three star" hotel that charges for ice! Poor service at front desk.

Enjoyed the hotel. I was upgraded both nights that I stayed. The breakfast was really good. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful & friendly.

The staff at this hotel are helpful and the rooms are well maintained and clean. Free wifi is good speed and the location is great being a quick taxi ride to Manila Zoo, Mall of Asia, Ocean Park and other attractions. Shopping malls and 7 Eleven are within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay.
