I called this number 536-6877 and a Lucille answered. This person is so sarcastic and arrogant in answering all of my concern and even played like a fool over the phone by calling me names likes bakekang. I assumed the employees hired by goodwill bookstores has ethics in answering and receiving calls and also have the capacity to at least answer questions related to the book that i am looking for.
