Best place to go for a vegetarian meal. Even if you're not vegetarian, it's a great place to have a healthy meal. Their vegetarian buffet every Friday and Saturday night is worth the P200 you pay for it. The staff are friendly.

Not Persian food, but some of the best Indian food in Cebu. I'm Persian, and I have no idea why the owners decided to go with a Persian name.
The lassi drinks are excellent and include banana and avocado versions. I highly recommend ordering one of the teapots. My friend and I ordered the Persian tea, which we enjoyed. The "organic coffee" was also good.
A veggie buffet is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm to 10pm. It is only 195 pesos. If you're a vegetarian, you'll probably think it's a great deal. I personally preferred the aloo gobi (chickpeas) wrap I ordered as part of the regular lunch meal. (August 2017)

They serve authentic Indian/Mid Eastern/Persian cuisine. Their buffet weekends are always a must try. Good place for those looking for some healthy food.

Very good food at this small restaurant, hidden in Mango mall.
Excellent beef skewers, well served and spiced as they are to be :-) Tasty and juicy, delicious
