What a nightmare! Our reservation was sold to another customer.
The one in charge assured us that she would contact us when a schedule conflict would arise and, after days of dodging our calls and appointments, she informed us that the reservation had gone to another over a month ago.
This disaster has cost us 5 months of time and effort.
