What makes it excellent? Breakfast was provided even it wasn't mentioned when I booked online.
Con(s): the next building was doing some construction works at night, it was impossible to get a good night sleep.
The noise from the hallway was loud and clear which adds up to the impossibility of getting a good sleep.

They allowed us very early check in. Clean room (with airconditioning) and spacious bathroom. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Only downside was the payment to the reservation need to be made in advance - which is ok but the bank asked me for an additional "service fee". Maybe alternative forms of payment or an alternative bank.
