No Japanese beer available? What? Besides that disappointment, which the head chef shared, the sashimi was very good quality. Clean taste, thick cuts, service was top notch, though I think we were earlier than the main dinner rush.

Peru wants to become the culinary capital of South America, and having been to Brazil and Argentina, it has some stiff competition.
Now, Japanese and Peruvian? Both have a great tradition of seafood, but... actually, don't over think this one. Just go; enjoy; and then you can wonder why you ever questioned it.
Great food, and lovely atmosphere, and staff.

Very good sashimi and sushi, delicious maki. Reasonably priced and great service.
