The best staff. So helpful in helping you get around from calling a cab to recommending things to do and evening showing you on a map. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Very modern feel. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Great to have a hot shower for the first time during our stay in Peru. Jacuzzi, pool, and hot tub on the roof that overlooks beautiful lima. Oscar jahnsen, at the front desk was so helpful To us for our whole stay. He was the best. We csnt wait to visit Lima again and stay here.

The hotel was conveniently located, very clean with great shared spaces (including a small swimming pool, spa and restaurant). The room was spacious and had all the basic things needed. The top floor (where the spa and swimming pool are) has great views of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and were very sweet to leave a slice of cake in the room for the guest whose birthday it was. The breakfast is great, with different fruit and wide choice of things every day. The hotel is close to nice restaurants and shops. The wifi worked well throughout the hotel.
The minibar had nothing in it; it could have some water (there is a shop across the street in any case). It is very weird to have a casino on the bottom floor, but as a guest it doesn't really have any impact on the stay.

Beautiful and modem hotel. Lovely amenities with great roof top pool and gym. Quality customer service. Breakfast with great choices
