Very nice hotel with beautiful views and nice staff. Place is in a very safe neighborhood, it is very high, so might be hard to get there by taxi, but they will get you there. Staff are super helpful and breakfast is very good. The place is a little cold, but they have heaters and blankets, so it is not a big deal.

Loved our stay here! Everyone on staff provided great personal service. Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the Plaza so it's in a very quiet part of town. We stayed here before and after our Inca Trail trek, and they had all our luggage in our respective rooms when we returned. Very impressive! Be sure to get one of the two balcony rooms if available as the views from the hotel are amazing! The only negative things are 1) the walls and doors are very thin and sounds travel thru the small hotel very easily, and 2) the food served at the downstairs restaurant is average for the price. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again because of these things.

Just....Awesome! This hotel is high in the hills of Cuzco, and they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The neighborhood of San Blas is ancient and wonderful, and the views from the entrance, our room and rooftop terrace show the full expanse of the surrounding hills and central Cuzco, a sight which I’ve never seen the like in the USA or Europe. The hotel clerk named Arnold was charming and beyond helpful, going way out of his way to help us with just about everything. The hotel has a chef/restaurant and many services, including laundry service for a few dollars, which was ready in a few hours. Yes, the addess in the google maps is wrong. Should be Tandapata 354.
I did sent an error report to the google. Hope they will correct it soon.
As for the hotel - Great place. Ultra nice hotel stuff. You have to see the Cusco pan orama from the terrace. Close to the center of the Cusco (10 min. walk).
I was with my wife and son (14) in Jan (off the season).
Highly recommended.
