What can I say... Between the construction noise, the horrible smell of fresh paint in the room and the cockroaches... I had a really bad experience. This place would be great if they paid more attention to things. Also worst customer service I have ever seen. They try to pull off as a high end hotel but they should really take some time to making this place better. I stayed in hotel Aloft the 1st time and I should have gone back. Too bad. This place needs to get their act together and not take things for granted. I don't understand how this can still have a 4 star rating...

Large hotel close to the Business District. Same management of Hotel Los Alpes Villa Morra and Los Alpes San Bernardino.

Its not a good place too stay. The staff is unorganized, an the managment is horrible. People have too wait for there reservated room because there is no room free or in worst case you have to stay in a other hotel.
