I lived there for 2 weeks in 2014 and it was very nice place with a very cooperative staff.
Clean, tidy and have a nice garden.

Affords good experience (not Wow experience given slight stinginess exhibited about tea and other trivial things). Review your decision to stay here if it's not your company that's footing the bill

I was disappointed with your response for service. There was no warm water for shower and the front desk did not pick up the phone calls from guests. We requested extra mattress for a cost and was not delivered until further request 2 hours later. There were no towels in the room again we needed to request before it was delivered 2 hours later. The washroom has a smell of stench and the room was not clean to the standard you have advertised. We were supposed 2 days instead we elected to in another the second night. Thank you for your attention.
