This is an excellent restaurant. The food is excellent, the staff is really professional, and the prices are fair. In addition, they have an impressive selection of local beer.

Near Michelin standard, modern Nordic cuisine. Casual restaurant. No written menu (!) so make sure you google it and menu prices before you go. Offered a 9 and 13 dish tasting menu, but without menus it was impossible to figure out what you were really deciding on and the cost.
Food varied from sublime to inedible. The main dish - dairy cow - was perfectly pink, but meat so tough you could hardly cut/chew through it. Disappointing.

Top notch! Delightful food and service. My girlfriend said it was the best skrei (cod) we had in all of our vacation in Norway. I think I have to agree.
Also, eating at the bistro was a lovely experience. Very casual, attentive service. And a very good value.
