Jeg gir dere stedet fem stjerner, fordi det lykkes med å være alt det prøver å være. Det er kanskje av de dyreste stedene i Skien, men sammenlignet med andre steder som kan holde dette nivået er det faktisk billig. Dette stedet er verdt en omveg for å oppleve!

We dined here last week,and thought the portions were small, and not very tasty at all. Having small portions is fine if there is good flavour and a rich,well executed dish. This was not the case, we had a single piece of pork belly, 2 small sprouts and some other greens, and a tiny squeeze of mashed potato. A far cry from the ribs we were thinking were going to arrive. The desert was a disappointment too, so for a Christmas menu one could do a lot better, like the Madam Blom restaurant in the Thon Hoyers hotel, or Becks which is next door. Service, and the room itself were excellent, the food though was not worth the money at all.
