The personal was great and they made us feel like at home. The room was a bit small but good. The restaurant at night was not very crowded and the meal was 10/10

Score: 68/100. I liked the breakfast, where the most delicious bacon was served. On the first morning there was even a waffle maker. A good and hearty breakfast meant we didn’t have to each much else during the day, saving our kroner for extortionate dinners. I also loved its location. Vulcan is right on the Akerselva river and abuts the city’s grungier east side. So going out along the river bank and coming back to graffiti and local hustle and bustle were some of the biggest pleasures.
The room and the restaurant tables could do with a deep clean. There were only dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Even then the conditioner dispenser was empty, so in the shower the only toiletry supplied was some shampoo. And rather than a microwave in the kitchenette, I’d rather a minibar. Enough things struck me as odd/inattentive to make me want to try the Scandic hotel next door if I were to visit Oslo again.

What a great dinner! We wrapped up our day in Oslo with a burger at the PS Hotel and it was just perfect. The service is great, the food is generous and delicious. If you're looking for fresh ingredients and good service, this is your place!

The PS hotell is located in a very neat artsy part of Oslo away from all of the foot traffic nearby the train station. The room was very nice and had a great view of the city. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.
