THE WORST/LO PEOR
We flew halfway across the world to Managua only to arrive at Elements at 11pm with a confirmed booking and to be told “there was an issue at the hotel” so they sent us to a another cheaper one with no prior notice. Yes, CHEAPER. We should have been upgraded!
If I were to cancel on the hotel day-of they would have charged me $165, but when they cancel on me day-of I get sent to a worse hotel and have to PAY for it.
Moreover, no one at Elements thought it was a good idea to inform me about the “issue” beforehand, so that I may have studied a second hotel option. I have rarely been so disregarded as a customer.
COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE, THIS PLACE DOES NOT RESPECT OR DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

The recently constructed hotel elements is a very elegant and nice hotel, very close to downtown. It offers rooms, pool, oxygen bar, conference room, and more. A hotel highly recommended speciallu for business people.

There are rats walking near the pool where you have breakfast ..... And the Hotel kitchen is very close ....
