Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. There was some confusion with the driver who was supposed to pick me up from the airport. We were never able to connect so I grabbed a cab from the airport. I guess he was slightly irritated so I ended up giving him $10 for his trouble, but that was pretty generous of me to give anything I think. Overall stay has been good so far.

ok les cuento. que en este hotel el dueño es un pedante mi primera ves en Nicaragua. y me lleve una decepción total con este señor si se le puede llamar señor. y este pensamiento no es solo mío
todos mis compañeros del paseo piensan igual.
no tuvimos el agrado de conocer a la esposa . dicen que ella es diferente.
a este señor le digo que el vive del turismo. por favor tome un curso de atención al cliente.....

Comfortable, not luxurious. The rooms are Spartan, but clean. They have a/c and a small TV. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Little lizards on the wall are a bit disconcerting, but to be expected. Breakfast in the mornings on their comfortable patio, where there's lots of seating. The breakfast was probably the best we had at any of our several hotels--we had actual options, the fruit salad was impressive, and the fruit punch was fresh-squeezed and excellent. The patio is decently cool at night. There's a little pool in the courtyard, more for cooling off than swimming laps. There are two computers on the patio, and WiFi that worked decently in the common areas, not so much our room.
