My favourite cafe in Wellington. Always a gluten free option on the menu and good for low FODMAP people too. Menu is seasonal and on a Sunday I've seen them bringing bags of veges from the market into the kitchen. They do unlimited filter coffee as a bonus if you are feeling the need for an extra boost.

Went for a late brunch/lunch today and we were stoked that we could get all day breakfast, (sometimes you just need eggs at 1pm). I ordered the big breakfast and everything was delicious and fresh. Lily had the eggs benedict and loved it. Neo is cosy and comfortable, the service was friendly and prompt and the music was upbeat. Overall we loved it here and would highly recommend! We are from Auckland and were just down for the weekend, we are happy to have discovered our new favourite cafe for next time we visit Wellington.

Well what can we say, my wife is very fussy about how she has her coffee also food. For the past three mornings we have had breakfast at Neo Cafe. The coffee in my wife's own words BEST EVER , Blueberry pancakes to die for. The staff were excellent. What we liked about it was that the food etc was the same each day. Our next trip to Wellington will certainly include a visit to Neo Cafe
