Popped in for a casual class one Friday morning. Great. Helen was fab. Welcoming and a great teacher. It was great to get some new practice tweaks. Will I go again if back in QT? Most def.

Don't waste your money!! If I could give this no stars I would. I'm a pretty open minded person and this was hands down the WORST class I've ever experienced. Helen's bikram class was rushed, unprofessional and rude. She straight up told a beginner student that yoga should be painful. Told my friend to stop breathing. And scolded me for taking my own modifications. Are you serious!?!?! I'm sorry but I know my body and how to keep it safe, I fear for anyone that listens to her instructions. Aside from all that, the place didn't feel clean, the actual studio was carpet (weird)...and she basically took our money and that was it. I've never felt anger after a class. I need another yoga class to find zen after that one. TERRIBLE.
