This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. 4 of us walk in for dinner and grab a table. Wait staff comes Over and hands out menus and says he's going to get us water. That's the last we hear from him. We hung around 10-15 min and he never once came back. Instead he was standing behind the bar watching a sports match. We finally got up and left and went across the street and had a nice meal. Don't waste your time at this place.

I'm Irish and even I could appreciate the QUALITY of the Guinness here to my surprise.
Usually I have nothing good to say about Guinness served Abroad! So I'm happy coming to Sullivan's pub
