I visited twice in the past year. That's 2 times too many! First visit, the spring rolls were frozen inside and burnt on the outside!
Second visit, the food saftey licence was expired by 3 months, the staff were checking their child for head lice in the kitchen and after the fact they did not wash their hands!!!
The food this time around was equally bad...the potato in the potato fritters were sliced so thinly that the batter on either side was thicker than the potato. I wasn't aware that was possible until just now.
The chip portion was pathetically small and the fish was essentially mush inside and encased in an inch of batter.
If you don't believe all this is real I highly recommend you visit and see just how low some business owners regard their customers.

F***ing disgusting. 3 miniscule shreds of steak and NO cheese on my "steak and cheese" burger, unsalted overcooked AND undercooked chips, chicken wings that had about a dice sized piece of meat on each, asked for chicken salt didn't get any but paid extra, hotdog with no sauce and undercooked batter to the point of being nearly dough. Rude and cold "personalities". Must have had a change of ownership or i could possibly attribute it to NZs crappy handling of business laws. Never going back.
