This is my go to studio for all over exercise and variety. As an older member (years and time!) I love that the classes are suitable for all levels and skills. Each one leaves me feeling great inside and out.

Xtend Barre Ponsonby is fantastic. The teachers are so skilled and class sizes perfect for individual attention. But best of all it is both fun and an amazing workout. My back loves me for going to classes.

Absolutely love the classes at xtend barre ponsonby! Always get a great body toning and cardio work out! The instructors are amazing and great motivators, I have been a VIX member for 4 months now and feel so much stronger for it! Best 'Gym' I've ever attended!

Such a fantastic place to work out - body and mind. Classes for all levels with really experienced staff. Heaps of parking too!!!
