My happy place. I love how the workouts are scaled, so my best is always ok. Everyone works out together, no older women's place out of sight, and we get on, all ages. I have been training over a year now, and my hips have stopped aching, I stand tall, people say how well I look. When I started I struggled with one push-up. Even when the world is challenging, I feel strong here. Thanks so much to Marc and Dana, and coaches

Love the coaches, love the members, such a great community and truly a place for everyone at all levels. I started here 5 years ago having never done a sport in my life, lost 30kgs and fixed a whole heap of joint problems in the process. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this Gym, I have had great results here, super knowledgable coaches, you can't buy the kind of passion they teach with it really is a special place with an amazing community.

Well this may be bias since I own the gym but I like it. Great people, great workouts , great facility and great community .
